Friends with Flair!!!!!

TGIF and Happy Good Friday!  I have a wonderful spring-y card today made with the "It's Raining Happy" Ippity Itty Bitty from the last release.  Of course, my purple Hero Arts layering paper is back embossed with the Swiss Dots folder.
