Friends with Flair Friday!!!!
Welcome to today's hop! I can't believe it's the end of January! Since winter is nearly over, I decided to go with a spring theme. These are so easy - the hardest part is picking the sentiment to go with them.
I love this photo - these hollyhocks were growing in front of a brownstone on Newbury Street in Boston. They were just gorgeous so I took this photo ....I matted the photo on pink paper and used the perfect sentiment from "Birdie Inspiration."
Here is a card with my favorite stamp of all time (Unity, of course) - the ferris wheel - I embossed it in copper and embossed the sentiment in silver. One panel has the distressed dots background embossed in silver as well. Next time I try this, I'll do some distressing on the paper too.... Both stamps are from "100% Happy."
Finally, a beautiful butterfly photo from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center in Austin. It needed just one stamp "Bliss" from "Little Reminders." I love this photo that my husband took and I think this butterfly was experiencing bliss when it found these flowers.
Well, I guess that's it for today - remember to keep warm and that spring is just around the corner! Remember to leave some love for all the bloggers today as you hunt for the blinkie - if you missed them, just click here to go back to the Unity blog.
Have a great weekend!!

I love that you used photos for the backdrop of your card. My grandmother used to do that! I think it is so cool that I have some cards with photos that she took years ago! Love it! :)
