Ippity Monday Linky Party!

I have another birthday card here that was inspired by Maren's 5-minute card video here.  I love the simple style but wanted to use it on a white card.  Although I have "Hodgepodge of Happiness,"  I wanted this to be about Ippity.  This is from "Party Hat Wishes."  I stamped the border off-center, stamped and embossed the eye chart, and used distress stain to color some white twill.  I didn't have the right coordinating ribbon so I had to make my own:-)
